Representing Slovak and foreign individuals and companies in negotiations and court proceedings. Regular advice to clients on questions relating to civil and commercial law. Specializes on recovery of debts. Represented clients in cases related to damages caused by public authorities, damages caused by motor vehicles, defamation and breaches of non-compete clauses.
Dealt with cases concerning question of family law such as divorce, parental responsibilities and alimony. Advised clients on matters of labour law (e.g. unfair dismissal, employment agreements) and administrative law (e.g. acquisition of citizenship). Obtained experience in the field of criminal law by representing clients mainly in pre-trial/investigation proceedings. Legal experience also in drafting and negotiating contracts such as sales and donation contracts, lease agreements and pre-contracts. Advises clients such as national and international companies, developers, chambers of commerce, financial and educational institutions on questions of employment, corporate governance and contractual relations.
Attorney at law. Works at MPH since 2016. Previous professional posts with an auction company, the Ministry of Justice of the Slovak Republic and a law firm. Graduated from the Faculty of Law of the Comenius University (Bratislava, the Slovak Republic). Member of the Slovak Bar Association.
