Technical and deeply involved in all facets of client cases, Judith has developed a wealth of experience in complex mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and corporate transactions, including industrial carve-outs, transactions with sophisticated price adjustments or hard-fought minority shareholders issues. Judith advises prominent French and international clients in sectors ranging from entertainment and communication to B-to-B services, energy and agro-business.
Previously conseil juridique, Judith became attorney at law (avocat) in 1995. Co-founder of Vivien & Associés in 1999. She first spent a year with Willkie Farr & Gallagher (taxation), then five years with the international firm of Stibbe Simont Monahan Duhot (M&A/corporate) and two years with Herbert Smith (M&A/corporate).
A graduate of HEC business school in 1992, Judith holds a Master I in Business Law (Paris II-Assas, 1993) and a Master II in International Private Law and Arbitration (Paris II-Assas, 1995).
Besides her native language French, Judith is proficient in English and German.
