Legal advice to a State in legal proceedings for the annulment of an arbitration award issued in an investment arbitration. Counsel representing a client in several lawsuits aiming to recover damages from a State. Entrusted regularly with tasks in the field of civil law, commercial law, labour law, intellectual property (trade marks, licensing agreements, copyright) and EU law. Focus lies also on data protection and the protection of human rights and fundamental freedoms. Regular legal advice to IT companies in the field of ICT law (contracts for the supply of information systems, intellectual property questions, licenses). Participated also in compliance oriented projects, M&A transactions and due diligence projects.

Previous longstanding professional post with a prestigious law firm operating in the Czech and Slovak Republic. Graduated from the Pavol Jozef Šafárik University in Košice (Košice, the Slovak Republic) with honours. Completed her studies at the Leiden University (Leiden, the Kingdom of the Netherlands) by graduating Cum Laude.
